Dear Pueblo County Fair Exhibitors,
If you registered to enter a 4-H exhibit at the Pueblo County Fair, please find your name and interview time on the attached schedule.
Interviews will be held on SUNDAY, JULY 20 starting at 9:30am. Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled interview time to allow time for checking in.
In order to find your name, hit CTRL+F (Windows) or Command+F (Apple) and type in your Last Name, First Name. You can also look at the top of each column by project area. Interviews are scheduled for 15 minute intervals, except for Cloverbuds, which are ten-minute interviews.
If you cannot attend the interview, you can have a friend or family member drop off your project and e-record for judging in the morning. The exhibit needs to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled interview time. Please send Lexi an email at dearya@pueblcounty.us to let us know that you will not be interviewing, and when you are scheduled.
In addition, If you WILL NOT be turning in your project for County Fair due to unforeseen circumstances, please let us know asap.
If you find a mistake on the interview schedule, please let us know ASAP so that we can get it corrected! Double check the spelling of your name, interview time(s), projects, and class numbers that you entered in FairEntry. Compare them to the class numbers and rules for accuracy: https://www.pueblocountyfair.com/rulesupdated (Click on “General and Consumer Science Rules and Exhibit Requirements). No class changes can be made during the County Fair. Members in certain specific projects can change classes until July 1, 2025. Please see the rules at the link above for details.
No changes will be made to the schedule after July 14. Please let us know about your concerns before this time.
Remember to bring your COMPLETED e-Record with your project! Be sure it is SIGNED by you, your parent/guardian, and your club leader, and that every section is filled out. Double check to be sure that you listed your 4-H demonstration and that you listed at least one 4-H community service project (hosted by a 4-H club/council/group/camp). Do not list any non-4-H community service in your 4-H e-Record.
Please dress nicely for your interview (no spaghetti straps, holes in your clothes, muscle shirts, short-shorts, etc.). A copy of the dress code can be found online at: https://co4h.colostate.edu/resources/dress-code.pdf
